Position: Business Developer/Telemarketer 

Department: Private Equity Desk 

Location: Home Based Role within mainland UK

This role will be a standard 37.5 per week

Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission giving OTE of £45,000 in first year

You will be responsible for:       

Conducting outbound sales calls to Chief Executives of major companies within region to book get meetings for the external Field Sales Team

  • Investigate and pursue all new business opportunities
  • Cold calling businesses in the target market
  • Unearthing the potential for issues the business may be facing
  • Accurately Input client data into our CRM system

To be successful in this role, you must display: 

  • Experience with business to business telephone based sales
  • Business development aptitude including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in lead generation / sales environment
  • Able to demonstrate past experience in achieving demanding sales targets
  • Motivation to perform an outbound telephone lead generation role on a long term career basis
  • Have the ability to work from a home-based office

The key points are:

  • Must have experience of high volume out bound sales calls at C level
  • Must have a home office environment although all costs associated with work are met by our client
  • Home working role must the person must be located in an area with good internet signal
